Good lighting is invisible until it's missing. As a gaffer I build lighting plans that serve the DOP's vision and the story's mood, work fast when the schedule tightens, and keep a safe, calm set. On Solitary that meant lighting a full feature with a crew of nine, proof that a small, well-run lighting department can deliver cinema-level results without the trucks.
I take gaffer and lighting work on features, shorts, commercials, music videos and branded content in Dublin and across Ireland, with my own core kit and good relationships with the main rental houses. I also work as a 1st AC and camera operator. Rates and availability on request.
